Job Description
This pharma fresher job involves supporting pharmaceutical R&D through analytical method development, validation, method transfer, and stability studies using advanced laboratory instruments. The role includes handling chromatography systems, maintaining laboratory documentation, supporting quality management systems, and ensuring compliance with GMP, ALCOA+, and international regulatory guidelines. It is an excellent M Pharm job for candidates interested in analytical sciences and pharmaceutical research.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate analytical methods for drug substances and drug products.
- Perform analytical method transfer and stability studies.
- Operate HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer, Potentiometer, and related instruments.
- Prepare and review analytical data and SOPs.
- Handle QMS activities including deviations, OOS, incidents, and change controls.
- Perform calibration and qualification of laboratory instruments.
- Maintain laboratory documentation following ALCOA+ principles.
- Manage laboratory inventory and analytical consumables.
- Ensure compliance with GxP, laboratory safety, and quality standards.
- Communicate project updates with internal teams and global clients.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: M.Pharm, M.Sc, or B.Sc in Analytical Chemistry/Chemistry.
- Experience: 0–3 years in analytical chemistry or pharmaceutical laboratories.
