Project Details

• Project: Understanding the role of micronutrients in regulating the effector and regulatory T cell response in inflammatory bowel diseases.
• Principal Investigator: Dr. Amit Awasthi

Key Responsibilities

• Laboratory Experiments: Experienced in conducting immunological, molecular, and cellular biology experiments, including RT-PCR, flow cytometry, and cell culture techniques.
• In Vivo Studies: Skilled in handling and maintaining animal models, administering treatments, harvesting and processing tissues, and performing in vivo studies related to inflammatory bowel disease.
• Data Management: Proficient in experimental data analysis, maintaining accurate laboratory records, and interpreting research findings.
• Scientific Reporting: Experienced in compiling results and contributing to the preparation of scientific reports, manuscripts, and presentations.

Qualifications

Essential & Desirable Qualifications & Experience:

• B.V.Sc. / B.Pharm. / B.E. / B.Tech. in any branch of Life Sciences from a recognized university with at least two (2) years of post-qualification experience in the field of immunology.
