Job Description
In this Pharma Govt Job, the Clinical Trial Assistant will support clinical research operations under the National Cancer Grid project. This pharma fresher job involves assisting in study start-up activities, maintaining essential trial documentation, and coordinating monitoring visits for clinical research studies. You will work closely with Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), Clinical Team Leads, Project Managers, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of multi-centric clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clinical trial start-up and monitoring activities
- Maintain and organize trial-related documentation
- Assist CRAs during monitoring visits and travel coordination
- Coordinate with project and clinical teams for study operations
- Ensure compliance with clinical research guidelines
- Support data handling and administrative trial activities
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B Pharm / M Pharm, PG Diploma in Clinical Research (PGDCR) OR MSc Clinical Research
- Experience: Freshers completing an internship by July 2026 may apply
- Remuneration: Rs. 35,000 /-p.m.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of clinical research processes and clinical trials
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
