Job Description
The selected candidate will execute and manage development activities related to Novel Drug Delivery Systems (NDDS), support new product development, conduct formulation research, evaluate product performance, and facilitate technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design new product development strategies and project timelines.
- Conduct literature reviews and risk assessments.
- Develop prototype formulations and proof-of-concept products.
- Analyze development data and product performance trends.
- Support the identification of new drug delivery opportunities.
- Generate technical insights for formulation improvement.
- Coordinate scale-up and commercial product development.
- Transfer technical know-how from R&D to manufacturing.
- Ensure timely availability of project materials.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: PhD in relevant field, M Pharm (Pharmaceutics)
Experience:
- For Master’s Degree Holders
- 3–8 years of experience in Formulation R&D.
- Experience in drug delivery systems preferred.
- For PhD Holders
- 1–4 years of experience in Formulation R&D
