Key Responsibilities

  • Site technology transfer between Apotex manufacturing sites and ARPL, including Small to Large Volume plant transfers and vice versa.
  • Technology transfer of new products from formulation development to commercial scale.
  • Manufacturing process support and troubleshooting for commercial batch production.
  • Product Life Cycle Management (PLCM) to ensure process robustness throughout the lifecycle.
  • Supplier Driven Changes (SDC) handling for API & excipient process or source changes.
  • Preparation and review of technical documents: Form-C, MFR, TRE, Technology Transfer Protocols & Reports, PO/PD/PPQ/CPV batches, TRA, Placebo sheets.
  • Monitoring of PO/PD/PPQ and process verification batches; ensuring QA archival compliance.
  • Troubleshooting shop-floor issues and preparing TSR, TIR, SME responses as per QMS procedures.
  • Documentation for MTS activities, including MFR, MMaR assessment, MAR, investigation reports, and training records.
  • Support manufacturing license applications and technical data package reviews.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Mfg, QA, Validation, Packaging, Warehouse) for approvals and issue resolution.
  • Ensure strict compliance with GMP, SOPs, regulatory, and safety requirements.

Qualifications 

  • Master’s Degree in Pharmacy or Science. If advancing in pharma jobs is your goal, such a qualification enhances your potential.

Experience 

  • 2 years – 4 years. Candidates with this experience are well-suited for many fast-paced Pharma Jobs in the industry.

Skills Needed 

  • Should have knowledge of process development and Technology transfer on Solid dosage forms for regulated markets like the USA, Europe, Canada, and Australia is essential.
  • Should have a good understanding of the product development process, along with scale-up knowledge of the product and Process Validation.
  • Should have a good understanding of the clinical and regulatory requirements of the USA, Canada, Australia, and European regulatory agencies.
  • Should have good communication and interpersonal skills along with Computer efficacy in MS-Office and Internet.
  • Possesses/develops the ability to adapt to frequent changes in priorities and schedules.
  • The willingness to upgrade knowledge/education on an ongoing basis is particularly helpful for those seeking successful pharma jobs.
