Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Science Chemistry, Pharmacy or related field.
Experience:
2–4 years of experience in the pharma industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Support & Excellence:
- Prioritize Commercial Team and Customer interests; ensure timely and professional responses.
- Meet deadlines and communicate proactively about delays or updates.
- Maintain high standards of integrity, business ethics, and professional etiquette.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve goals.
2. Commercial Team Support:
- Process and organize requests via SFDC or shared inbox; maintain logs and documentation in Quality SharePoint/MasterControl.
- Coordinate CDA/NDAs, QAAs, customer questionnaires, and declarations.
- Update and maintain product statements, specifications, COAs, and regulatory documentation (TSE/BSE, Elemental Impurities, Residual Solvents, GMO, Allergens, Melamine, Prop 65).
- Respond to product information requests including shelf-life letters, test methods, stability data, and packaging specifications.
- Support customer audits by organizing timing and documentation.
3. Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure adherence to ISO, GMP, and internal quality systems.
- Identify and implement best practices in quality services.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory policies and procedures.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, ISO, GMP, and auditing techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-starter, and team-oriented.
