Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Science Chemistry, Pharmacy or related field.

Experience:

2–4 years of experience in the pharma industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Support & Excellence:
  • Prioritize Commercial Team and Customer interests; ensure timely and professional responses.
  • Meet deadlines and communicate proactively about delays or updates.
  • Maintain high standards of integrity, business ethics, and professional etiquette.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve goals.

2. Commercial Team Support:

  • Process and organize requests via SFDC or shared inbox; maintain logs and documentation in Quality SharePoint/MasterControl.
  • Coordinate CDA/NDAs, QAAs, customer questionnaires, and declarations.
  • Update and maintain product statements, specifications, COAs, and regulatory documentation (TSE/BSE, Elemental Impurities, Residual Solvents, GMO, Allergens, Melamine, Prop 65).
  • Respond to product information requests including shelf-life letters, test methods, stability data, and packaging specifications.
  • Support customer audits by organizing timing and documentation.

3. Compliance & Best Practices:

  • Ensure adherence to ISO, GMP, and internal quality systems.
  • Identify and implement best practices in quality services.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory policies and procedures.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, ISO, GMP, and auditing techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter, and team-oriented.
