Education:
BDS / MBBS / PharmD / MSc / PhD in Life Sciences or Clinical Research.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in Medical Affairs or as an MSL in oncology or specialty care.
- Proven experience engaging senior clinicians and KOLs.
- Prior exposure to product launches or targeted therapies (preferred).
Essential Functions:
- Establish and maintain peer-level relationships with Oncology Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across academic and private healthcare institutions.
- Deliver impactful, compliant, and timely scientific interactions aligned with Amneal’s medical strategy.
- Serve as the therapeutic expert for oncology products across multiple indications including renal, lung, breast, prostate, and ovarian cancers.
- Support regional medical education programs such as CMEs, advisory boards, and scientific roundtables.
- Provide clinical and scientific expertise to cross-functional teams.
- Collect and communicate actionable field insights to refine and strengthen medical strategies.
- Collaborate with Medical, Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, and Pharmacovigilance teams to ensure seamless alignment.
- Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and compliance standards.
- Accurately report adverse events and product complaints as per company protocols.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Actively support the launch of new oncology assets and innovator molecules.
- Participate in national and international oncology scientific meetings.
- Contribute to territory reviews, scientific planning, and strategy alignment sessions.
Skills:
- Strong scientific acumen with in-depth knowledge of oncology and the Indian healthcare ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret and present complex clinical and scientific data effectively.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute field-based medical initiatives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and digital engagement platforms.
Travel Requirements:
- Willingness to travel 60–70% of the time across assigned territories.
- Availability to attend national and international scientific conferences.
