Qualifications:
B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy.
Key Responsibities:
- Carry out filling and packing activities as per BFR, BPR, and SOPs.
- Follow and maintain current GMP standards in production areas.
- Execute day-to-day production schedules to ensure timely completion of filling and packing activities.
- Take operating instructions from the shift manager or superior and execute tasks accurately.
- Stop production immediately and notify the Production Manager if any abnormalities are detected.
- Maintain manufacturing records online, adhering to data integrity practices.
- Handle raw material and packing material verification, sample requests, and submission to QC.
- Transfer finished goods through Finished Goods Transfer Notes to Stores.
- Perform cleaning of filters and storage tanks as scheduled and maintain production area cleanliness.
- Ensure cleaning of AHU filters, maintain minimum stock of consumables, logbooks, and status labels.
- Coordinate with service departments (QA, QC, Stores, E&M, SCM) for production-related activities.
- Follow safety instructions and use appropriate safety outfits while working.
- Carry out senior responsibilities in their absence, as authorized.
