    Job Description

    This Pharma QA Job focuses on Quality Assurance Operations, Compliance, and Investigations. The selected candidate will support batch record review, shop-floor QA activities, deviation investigations, CAPA management, and quality systems while ensuring compliance with cGMP, GDP, and global regulatory requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Review batch records, QC documents, SOPs, and specifications.
    • Support shop-floor QA activities and GMP compliance checks.
    • Assist with audits, inspections, Change Control, and CAPA management.
    • Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements.
    • Support deviation investigations and root cause analysis.
    • Track CAPA implementation and maintain investigation records.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Education: B Pharm, M Pharm
    • Experience: 
      • Master’s Degree: 2–3 years
      • Bachelor’s Degree: 4–5 years
      • Experience in Pharma QA, QC, Manufacturing.

    Required Skills

    • Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, 21 CFR Part 211, and regulatory compliance.
    • Experience with Change Control, CAPA, risk assessment, and validation.
    • Batch record and quality document review.
    • Manufacturing and process validation expertise.
    • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
    • Audit readiness and compliance-focused mindset.

    Preferred Knowledge

    • Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes.
    • Manufacturing and sterilization operations.
    • Chemical and microbiological testing.
    • Exposure to inspections by the USFDA, MHRA, TGA, and WHO.
