    Key responsibilities

    • Perform line clearance of production areas and equipment before manufacturing activities.
    • Ensure all production and packaging activities comply with approved checklists and report any non-compliance to the IPQA Head.
    • Monitor adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in production and packaging departments.
    • Verify critical process parameters according to Batch Manufacturing and Process Records.
    • Conduct in-process sampling and testing during manufacturing operations.
    • Collect and release samples of raw materials, bulk products, validation samples, stability samples, and finished products as per SOPs.
    • Maintain accurate sample receipt logs and submit samples to the concerned laboratory on time.
    • Identify quality or process gaps and report them to the immediate supervisor.
    • Review and approve overprinted details on foils, cartons, labels, and stereo impressions used in packaging.
    • Inspect finished products and bulk materials and perform release activities through SAP HANA/LIMS systems.
    • Review manufacturing and packaging documents, including BMRs, BPRs, logbooks, scrap records, and monthly reports.
    • Monitor operations for any abnormal conditions and report deviations for corrective action.
    • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines, and company SOPs at all times.
    • Support quality assurance activities to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance.
