Job Description
This pharma research job at Novartis Career focuses on planning, executing, and documenting laboratory experiments that support the development of drug substances and drug products. The selected candidate will perform analytical method development, validation, dissolution testing, stability studies, and laboratory investigations while maintaining compliance with GLP and quality standards. Working closely with multidisciplinary project teams, you will contribute to timely project delivery, scientific documentation, laboratory efficiency, and continuous improvement across pharmaceutical development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute laboratory experiments for drug substance and drug product development.
- Perform analytical method development, validation, transfer, and stability studies.
- Conduct chromatography and dissolution testing activities.
- Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and raw data records.
- Follow GLP, GDP, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Support laboratory investigations, deviations, and change controls.
- Contribute to laboratory maintenance and continuous process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to achieve development timelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: M Pharm
- Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical research or analytical development.
