Job Description
This Pharma Scientist Job focuses on leading end-to-end product development initiatives, including formulation design, pilot plant execution, technology transfer, and commercialization activities. The Associate Scientist will collaborate with global research teams, leverage scientific methodologies, and support innovative product development while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product development projects from concept to commercialization.
- Develop and optimize formulations for new product launches and relaunches.
- Support pilot plant operations, scale-up activities, and technology transfer.
- Apply Design of Experiments (DoE) and data analytics for product optimization.
- Collaborate with consumer insights teams to develop product claims and benefits.
- Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and global R&D teams.
- Support supplier qualification and raw material evaluation programs.
- Ensure compliance with product safety, quality, regulatory, and EHS requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across R&D processes and systems.

- Education: Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in product development, formulation, or R&D
