Job Description
The Global Pharmacovigilance (GPV) Policy, Regulation and Compliance Manager role is an excellent Pharmacovigilance Job available through Elanco Careers. The position supports the GPV organization and the Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (QPPV) in maintaining and advancing the global pharmacovigilance system. It involves managing procedures, training, audits, inspections, compliance management, and regulatory requirements while coordinating cross-functional activities to improve compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness in global pharmacovigilance practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute monthly GPV compliance reports and KPI analysis.
- Manage pharmacovigilance procedures, SOPs, and training activities.
- Maintain GPV training curricula and compliance documentation.
- Support nomination and oversight of local pharmacovigilance roles.
- Coordinate GPV audits, inspections, and CAPA activities.
- Manage Pharmacovigilance Agreements (PVAs).
- Prepare and maintain the Pharmacovigilance System Master File (PSMF).
- Coordinate pharmacovigilance communications with partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Quality and regional teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Drive continuous improvements in global pharmacovigilance processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Degree or diploma in veterinary science, pharmacy, life sciences, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a regulated industry. Good English language skills.
