Educational Requirements:
- B. Pharm, M. Pharm or Pharm. D
- Minimum 2 years of experience in post-marketing pharmacovigilance case processing
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, assess, and process adverse event reports accurately and in a timely
- Enter case details, write narratives, and code events/drugs using MedDRA/WHO-DD
- Apply correct product labeling and perform QC checks
- Finalize case processing and generate queries for follow-up
- Manage safety inbox, perform case triage, and maintain compliance with monitoring requirements
- Process literature ICSRs and support aggregate reporting (PSUR/DSUR)
- Mentor new joiners and review SOPs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve safety-related queries
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of post-marketing pharmacovigilance regulations and processes
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of quality and compliance
- Familiarity with SDEA, KPI/SLA, and case processing systems
