    Job Description

    • ProductLife Group is looking for an Information and Documentation Officer to join its dynamic team and contribute to the activities performed in the Hub.
    • This Pharmacovigilance Job involves literature monitoring, documentation management, database searches, and quality-related activities in the drug safety domain.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform literature searches in an international database and output preparation
    • Perform a literature review in local journals
    • Use the PubMed – ADIS international literature database, listing the cases found in the literature
    • Participate in client audits
    • Contribute to the implementation of the quality control system of the tasks performed and the follow-up of the results
    • Receive, store, and acknowledge receipt of documents sent by clients

    Qualifications

    • Master’s or Bachelor of Pharmacy graduate

    Required Experience

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance
    • Freshers with Pharmacovigilance knowledge can also apply

    Required Technical Skills

    • Good understanding of GVP Module VI
    • Training in PV
    • Understanding of literature writing or publishing

    Additional Skills

    • Understanding of PubMed and the ADIS database
    • Good oral and written communication in English
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint
    • Good knowledge of pharmacology
