Manage end-to-end delivery of medical communications projects for assigned brands

Ensure delivery of agreed scope on time, within budget, and with high quality

Collaborate closely with US Medical Affairs stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Lead, coach, and manage associates while championing people engagement and team culture

Oversee quality control, workflow processes, issue resolution, and compliance

Plan project priorities, track milestones, and allocate resources effectively
