Key Accountabilities for the Cipla Job
1. Machine Preparation & Setup
- Prepare packing machines as per production plan using required resources to excel in your pharmacy job responsibilities.
- Perform calibration, cleaning, and equipment setup as per SOP and schedules.
- Arrange appropriate change parts and stereo for batch packing.
- Verify change parts as per product requirements.
2. Machine Operation & Quality Output
- Operate machines using minimal resources to ensure quality output.
- Set product dimensions and perform changeovers in your pharmacy job tasks.
- Conduct in-process checks to ensure proper machine functioning.
- Handle labelling, rejection control, and reduce micro stoppages.
- Maintain premises and equipment per SOP for audit readiness.
- Follow cGMP and safety procedures to reduce rejection.
3. Documentation & Data Integrity
- Execute and update online documentation as per cGMP, crucial for the pharmacy job.
- Fill machine logs and relevant documents accurately.
- Verify documentation before submission.
- Conduct cGMP and equipment operation training for workmen.
- Provide technical support for packing activities.
4. Safety & Compliance
- Handle machines safely to avoid incidents.
- Perform regular interlock checks.
- Ensure proper use of PPEs during shifts.
- Report near-miss incidents promptly as part of your pharmacy duties.
5. Training & Skill Development
- Train workmen on machine settings and operations.
- Conduct safety and housekeeping training sessions.
- Participate in learning new machines and troubleshooting, which enhances your pharmacy job skills.
6. Major Challenges
- Meeting shift targets due to resource constraints.
- Maintaining cGMP during system downtime, a challenge in many pharmacy jobs.
- Controlling rejections to improve yield.
Education Qualification for the Cipla Job
