Job Description
This Pharmacovigilance Job involves end-to-end drug safety and pharmacovigilance activities, including ICSR processing, literature surveillance, aggregate safety reporting, compliance monitoring, and regulatory submissions. The selected candidate will support global pharmacovigilance operations while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and company safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end ICSR case processing and management.
- Receive, review, follow up, and process safety cases.
- Download and manage cases from regulatory authority databases.
- Monitor pharmacovigilance mailboxes and incoming safety reports.
- Conduct ICSR reconciliation, tracking, and regulatory submissions.
- Perform literature screening and safety monitoring for company products.
- Maintain pharmacovigilance documentation, logs, and records.
- Support compliance reporting and provide safety metrics to stakeholders.
- Assist with product complaint handling and reconciliation.
- Respond to pharmacovigilance-related regulatory queries.
- Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
- Prepare aggregate safety reports (PADERs, PSURs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for safety data collection and reporting.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B Pharm & M Pharm
- Experience:
- Overall 2–3 years of Pharmacovigilance experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ICSR processing.
