Production Job at Lupin: Job Description
The Officer in Production will be responsible for various tasks including:
- Complying with all GMP, GxP, and other applicable regulatory requirements, including EH&S requirements.
- Completing training on relevant SOPs and performing tasks as per applicable procedures, reporting any deviations or difficulties.
- Planning departmental activities as per delivery schedules, ensuring material availability and proper handling of raw materials, bulk, and finished goods.
- Coordinating with QC, R&D, Engineering, QA, and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
- Maintaining hygiene, discipline, and current good manufacturing practices in all production areas.
- Furthermore, optimizing usage of manpower, machinery, and materials, managing inventory, and allocating jobs effectively.
- Conducting investigations for deviations, non-conformities, and complaints, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Moreover, overseeing validation activities, preparing and reviewing qualification documents, and updating procedures to improve productivity.
- Performing troubleshooting for machinery and processes and ensuring effective implementation of change controls.
- Supporting quality management systems and reporting discrepancies, non-conformance, or incidents to department and QA heads.
- Executing any other assignment allocated by the Unit Head.
