Job Description
The Senior Operator Production is responsible for executing production operations in compliance with safety and GMP requirements to achieve manufacturing targets during shifts. This role involves operating equipment efficiently, maintaining documentation, and ensuring adherence to cGMP standards, making it essential for candidates interested in production jobs.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate equipment efficiently according to SOP to meet shift targets.
- Perform unit operations as per SOP and batch manufacturing records.
- Optimize resource utilization to achieve production goals.
- Maintain equipment and facility readiness for audits.
- Deliver training to workmen on cGMP and safety guidelines.
- Ensure good housekeeping and sanitization practices are followed.
- Report any near-misses to the officer in charge promptly.
- Execute and update online documentation to meet cGMP requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education Qualification: Diploma in Pharmacy or Mechanical Engineering
- Relevant Work Experience: 1-3 years in a manufacturing organization, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
