The Quality Assurance Associate role at Syneos Health involves supporting Quality Assurance operations, audits, inspections, and associated documentation. The selected candidate will assist with tracking planned and scheduled audits within the enterprise Quality Management System and gather necessary documents for audits and regulatory inspections.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with tracking planned and scheduled audits within the enterprise Quality Management System.
- Update audit schedules and calendars according to management requirements.
- Gather documents required by auditors during internal or external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Support collection of training records, organizational charts, and other audit documentation.
- Assist auditors in obtaining follow-up information during customer audits and regulatory inspections.
- Enter and maintain audit-related information within the enterprise Quality Management System.
- Maintain, file, and archive relevant Quality Assurance documentation.
- Complete other Quality Assurance and business-related responsibilities as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: The position requires minimal experience in a healthcare or clinical research environment, making it suitable for early-career professionals.
