Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Life Sciences.
- Specialization in Regulatory Affairs or Quality Assurance preferred.
Professional Experience:
- 1–4 years in Quality Assurance within Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or Life Sciences
- Experience in preparing SOPs, Work Instructions, and QMS documentation
- Managing document control and maintaining regulatory records
- Participating in internal and external audits
- Supporting CAPA, complaint handling, and feedback systems
- Assisting in supplier evaluation and audit coordination
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain SOPs and Work Instructions in line with regulatory standards
- Ensure proper document and record control per ISO 13485 and other quality standards
- Participate in internal and external audits and support audit readiness
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformities
- Conduct root cause analysis for CAPA and complaints
- Present periodic QMS performance reports to Quality Head/Management
- Collaborate with internal teams for continuous quality improvement
- Support feedback and complaint handling systems
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 requirements
- Familiarity with MDSAP standards is a plus
- Excellent documentation and scientific writing skills
- Internal audit experience; Internal Auditor certification preferred
- Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within teams
