Quality Control Analyst Job Description
In this Quality Control Analyst job, you will perform routine testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished injectable products to ensure compliance with established quality standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, preparing and documenting test protocols and results, and supporting investigations of deviations, out-of-specification results, and product complaints. The role involves close collaboration with production, quality assurance, and regulatory teams to implement corrective and preventive actions and to continuously improve quality processes. The analyst will also contribute to maintaining GMP and GLP standards, updating standard operating procedures, and supporting internal and external audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Prepare and document test protocols and results.
- Support investigations of deviations and product complaints.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and regulatory teams.
- Contribute to maintaining GMP and GLP standards.
- Update standard operating procedures.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Prior experience in a pharmaceutical quality control or quality assurance laboratory is preferred.
