Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd is hiring for the position of Executive – Formulation Research & Development – Non Orals under the R&D1 Regulatory Affairs business unit at its Baroda location. The role is designed for M.Pharm professionals with experience in peptide injectables, technology transfer, and regulatory documentation. Candidates with expertise in drug-device combination products and regulated markets will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute various pre-formulation, compatibility, hold time, and stability studies.
- Work on peptide injectables dosage forms and drug-device combination products.
- An R&D Executive’s job is to support technology transfer activities to manufacturing plants.
- Manage scale-up and exhibit batches along with troubleshooting activities.
- Prepare technology transfer documentation, including Master Formula Records and Stability Protocols.
- Develop regulatory filing documents, including strategy documents and product development reports.
- Prepare Nitrosamine, Elemental, and Extractable Risk Assessment reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for the FDA, EU, Canada, Brazil, Russia, and Australia markets.
Qualification
- M.Pharm degree from a recognized institution.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in peptide injectables and formulation development is preferred.
