Key Responsibilities
- Develop new products using formulation and technical expertise
- Manage and drive multiple product development projects
- Lead cross-functional teams to meet project goals
- Support product claims and validation activities
- Collaborate with marketing on project planning and execution
- Create strategies for short-term and long-term product innovation
- Ensure quality and regulatory compliance in all projects
- Solve technical issues and troubleshoot efficiently
- Follow proper documentation and “Right First Time” practices
- Maintain safety, health, and environmental standards
- Coach and support team members for career development
- Supervise team and allocate resources effectively
- Set goals, review performance, and guide team growth
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
Qualification
- Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Experience in delivering technical projects in an FMCG company
- Strong knowledge of formulation and raw material interactions
- Understanding of product development and claims validation methods
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply, Manufacturing, R&D)
- Good understanding of the full product development lifecycle (concept to launch)
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems
- Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects within timelines
