Position Summary: The role is to provide coordination and operational support to cross-functional regulatory teams and Country Regulatory to ensure regulatory portfolio deliverables are delivered to plan and in compliance with global processes and appropriate local regulatory requirements.

Regulatory Specialist Job Description

The Regulatory Specialist Job involves various tasks including maintaining SharePoint activities, executing regulatory strategies, supporting global regulatory submissions, and assisting with product divestitures and terminations. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure timely deliverables and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • SharePoint Maintenance Activities; Support GRT member transition by setting up transition form (operational)

  • Liaise cross-functionally to generate periodic internal milestone reports

  • Perform simple analyses as directed

  • Support planning and managing timely deliverables of critical regulatory documents

  • Request certificates from respective Health Authorities and manage notification processes

  • Upload relevant documents into the Virtual Data Room for potential buyers

  • Gather information from Country Regulatory Managers for Product Deletions Strategy

  • Support preparation of GRS analytics and monthly dashboards

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum of a Bachelor degree in a Natural Science, Pharmacy, or other Healthcare-related field

  • 0-2 years in the pharmaceutical industry

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of FDA, EMA or other Health Authorities and Reporting regulations and standards

  • Good communication and organizational skills with a meticulous eye for detail

  • Ability to work as part of a team that supports global functions with professionalism

  • Excellent command of the English language

  • Proficiency in standard office technology, including Microsoft Suite

  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical or medical terminology
