Education:
Advanced scientific degree (e.g., MS, MRes, MPharm, PhD, PharmD, MBBS/MD)
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, develop, and manage medical communications content across multiple formats and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Graphics, Compliance, Statistics, and Agency partners, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects.
- Maintain adherence to quality and compliance requirements for all medical content.
- Receive training on relevant tools and generative AI platforms for efficient and compliant content execution.
- Track project progress and resolve issues under manager guidance.
- Learn and specialize in one new industry-relevant tool or content creation skill to stay aligned with current trends.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical medicine, medical affairs, or medical compliance.
- Proven ability to manage individual work and align with project expectations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate cross-culturally.
- Prior experience in medical content writing, academic writing, or communication within agencies, CROs, or pharma companies.
- Excellent command of English writing and editing with attention to clarity and consistency.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and leverage technology for content development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in specific therapeutic areas.
- Experience in multimedia and omnichannel content creation.
- Familiarity with digital content trends and AI-based platforms.
- Global or international professional/educational experience.
