Job Description
The Executive Pharmacist will oversee and manage pharmacy operations at Renova’s on-site hospital facility in the Alwar district, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely dispensing of medications. This full-time role includes verifying prescriptions, monitoring drug interactions, and providing clear medication counseling to patients and caregivers in coordination with the medical and nursing teams. The Executive Pharmacist will maintain proper inventory levels, manage procurement, ensure compliance with regulatory and hospital policies, and uphold strict standards for storage, documentation, and record-keeping. Daily responsibilities also involve participation in clinical reviews, supporting antimicrobial stewardship and other quality initiatives, and contributing to formulary management and cost-effective use of medicines.
