Job Description
Syngene is hiring a Senior Research Associate for its Analytical Team (SARC PD) at its Bangalore facility. The role focuses on analytical development activities supporting process development projects. Candidates will be responsible for method development and validation, analytical testing, data interpretation, and operating sophisticated analytical instruments. Key Responsibilities
- Perform analytical development activities supporting process development programs.
- Develop, evaluate, and validate analytical methods.
- Operate HPLC, GC, GCMS, and LCMS instruments for assigned projects.
- Conduct moisture analysis using KF instruments.
- Record experimental observations, results, and analytical activities in LNB or ELNB systems.
- A Senior Research Associate needs to ensure compliance with documentation practices and data integrity requirements.
- Interpret analytical data and prepare scientific reports.
- Follow all Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines and protocols.
- Maintain compliance with Syngene quality standards and safety procedures.

Educational Requirements
- M.Pharm from a recognized institution.
- Relevant industry experience with demonstrated analytical expertise.
