Job Description
The Research Associate will support process development through analytical development activities. Responsibilities include method development, evaluation, and validation, and handling instruments such as HPLC, prep LC, GC, and Karl Fischer (KF) instruments. The role emphasizes data integrity, safety compliance, and adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform method development, evaluation, and validation for analytical methods.
- Operate HPLC, prep LC, GC, and KF instruments for assigned projects.
- Record experimental observations and analytical results following good documentation practices.
- Ensure safety of self and colleagues by adhering to EHS protocols and SOPs.
- Maintain compliance with Syngene’s quality standards and data integrity policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project deliverables efficiently.
Educational Qualification

M Pharm in Analytical Chemistry or related field
Experience and Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in analytical chemistry or pharmacy/analytical laboratory roles.
- Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry and data interpretation skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong people management skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to discuss and defend data and project strategies with clients and scientific experts.
