Job Description
This Pharma Freshers Job at Rubicon Career involves supporting pharmaceutical development projects by coordinating with multiple departments, tracking project milestones, maintaining documentation, and assisting with regulatory submission activities. As a Project Associate, you will gain hands-on exposure to project planning, dossier readiness, stability studies, and strategic pharmaceutical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning, timelines, and milestone tracking.
- Coordinate with Formulation, Analytical, QA, Regulatory, SCM, Packaging, and Production teams.
- Monitor stability studies and batch submission activities.
- Update project management tools and internal trackers.
- Prepare project status reports, presentations, and MOMs.
- Support dossier readiness and regulatory submission coordination.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
- Assist in budget preparation and reconciliation.
