Job Description For Medical Writing Jobs
As part of the Sanofi Business Operations team, the Project Management Support professional will play a key role in managing publication and scientific communication deliverables. If you’re interested in medical writing jobs, this position supports writers, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and ensures compliance and high-quality standards across healthcare projects and medical education materials.
Key Responsibilities for Scientific Communication Jobs:
- Support end-to-end project management for publications and medical education deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain communication and project alignment.
- Ensure compliance using tools like iEnvision, PromoMats, and NAYA.
- Track budgets, manage purchase orders, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Foster relationships with medical and scientific communities.
- Deliver publication materials such as posters, abstracts, and manuscripts on time and with accuracy.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency in medical writing and scientific communication.
Qualifications for Healthcare Jobs:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, pharmacy, or related field (postgraduate degree preferred).
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in medical writing, project management, or pharmaceutical operations.
- Skills: Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in publication processes, compliance systems, and document management tools.
