Job Description
The overall purpose of the role includes creating specialized content with limited supervision and supporting the end-to-end publication and medical education content development process. This scientific writing role involves documentation and approval in PromoMats/iEnvision, developing therapeutic area expertise, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop best practices.
Scientific Writing Responsibilities
- Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders in the medical scientific community.
- Provide publication and medical education materials within agreed timelines and quality.
- Develop complex publication and medical education materials.
- Assist in conducting comprehensive publication-need analysis.
- Work closely with scientific communication teams to identify publication needs.
- Liaise with Product Managers and medical departments to prepare customized deliverables.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 2+ years in content creation for the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or academia.
- Soft Skills: Stakeholder management, communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Technical Skills: Therapeutic area/domain knowledge exposure, publication submission, and/or project management.
- Education: Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a similar discipline, or a medical degree.
- Languages: Excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written).
