Advanced degree in pharmacy

Roles and Responsibilities – Scientific Writer at Sanofi
As a Scientific Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality scientific and medical content while ensuring compliance with global standards. Your key responsibilities include:
- Content Development and Publication: Create specialized medical and scientific content, including abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and slide decks, for publication and medical education with limited supervision.
- End-to-End Process Management: Support the entire content development lifecycle, from creation to documentation and approval, using platforms such as PromoMats/iEnvision.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), and scientific communication teams, to understand publication needs and develop customized deliverables.
- Therapeutic Area Expertise: Develop and maintain deep expertise in assigned therapeutic areas to create accurate and effective educational materials.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and the medical scientific community to facilitate content creation and publication.
- Strategic Support: Offer strategic support to individuals and institutions for publication purposes, and assist with analyzing publication needs.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with peers to develop and implement best practices for content creation and delivery, and design action plans based on user feedback to improve content quality continually.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship: Assist other writers in developing their knowledge and expertise, contributing to the overall growth of the team.

Technical skills:
As applicable (including but not limited to therapeutic area/domain knowledge exposure, publication submission, and/or project management)
