Job Description
This role involves method development, method validation, method transfer and R&D stability studies by using laboratory instruments like Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLC), High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), Ultraviolet (UV) spectrophotometer, Polarimeter, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate analytical methods for drug substances and drug products.
- Perform analysis using HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer, Potentiometer, and other analytical instruments.
- Follow good documentation and laboratory practices (ALCOA+).
- Support calibration and qualification of laboratory equipment.
- Prepare and review analytical reports, raw data, SOPs, and operating procedures.
- Handle quality management activities such as deviations, OOS, incidents, and change controls.
- Manage inventory and procurement of standards, chemicals, reagents, and laboratory consumables.
- Ensure compliance with GxP, safety guidelines, and internal procedures.
- Use MS Office tools and Outlook for documentation and routine activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams through emails and technical discussions.

Qualifications
Education
- M. Pharm
- Experience: 0–3 Years
Skills and Capabilities
- Hands-on HPLC, UPLC/UHPLC, GC, UV-visible spectrophotometer, Potentiometer, and QC, other analytical instruments.
- Theoretical knowledge in Chromatography and spectroscopy techniques.
- Good documentation/laboratory practices such as ALCOA+.
- Able to follow work instructions and perform the tasks under the supervision of the Team Leader.
- Preparation and maintenance of all documents.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
Technical Skills
- Analytical method validation for compendia and in-house methods.
- Analytical method transfer.
- Routine analysis & stability analysis.
- Hands-on experience in laboratory equipment including HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV, IT, and KF.
- Adequate knowledge of ICH, USP, and EP guidelines.
