    Educational Requirements for Scientist Job

    • M.Pharm or PhD in Pharmacology & Toxicology
    • Strong industry exposure in conducting in vivo pharmacokinetic studies

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Conduct in vivo pharmacokinetics studies in rodents
    • Perform online documentation of lab notebooks and compound management
    • Execute studies while strictly following EHS and safety SOPs
    • Ensuring compliance with Syngene quality and data integrity standards is essential for this Scientist Job role
    • Support development of safe laboratory practices
    • Participate in governance and review of safety metrics
    • Train team members on safety and operational discipline

    Skills Required

    • Expertise in rodent surgical procedures including:

    1. Jugular, femoral, and portal vein cannulation
    2. Chronic bile duct cannulation
    • Experience in tissue distribution studies and organ collection is essential for this Scientist Job role
    • Collection of biological fluids:
    1. CSF, bile, urine, synovial fluid lavage
    • Pharmacokinetic data analysis using Phoenix WinNonlin
    • Knowledge of animal models used in PK studies
    • Basic understanding of formulations for PK, efficacy, and toxicity
    • Awareness of regulatory guidelines for DMPK
