Educational Requirements

M.Sc. in Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline

Ph.D. in Pharmacy is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Lead formulation development projects for Personal Care and Home Care products from concept to plant implementation
- Drive innovation initiatives aligned with business growth objectives
- Support growth funding programs through cost optimization, formula/process improvements, and new vendor qualification
- Develop and select appropriate test methods and procedures
- Recommend product quality, process, and packaging specifications
- Ensure 100% process compliance and accurate technical documentation
- Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Packaging, Regulatory/CIC, and Global Technology Centers
- Independently leading pilot plant activities with a strong focus on EOHS and Quality standards is required for this Scientist Job role
Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years of industrial experience in formulation development in the FMCG or Pharma industry
- Experience in Oral Care, Personal Care, or Home Care product development
- Strong understanding of technology transfer and scale-up processes
- Excellent analytical skills and result-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of soap making, surfactants, oils, and fats (preferred)
- Strong business acumen with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
