Job Description
The Senior Officer will be responsible for executing raw material sampling, performing laboratory testing, ensuring GLP compliance, maintaining LIMS entries, supporting audits, and assisting in Quality Control operations to uphold Sun Pharma’s stringent quality standards. Key Responsibilities at Sun Pharma Careers:
- To perform Raw material sampling as per sampling plan.
- To make all necessary entries in instrument usage log and column usage log as per GLP requirement.
- To perform physical, chemical & Instrumental testing of Raw materials.
- To prepare, Volumetric solution, Test solutions and reagents as per requirement.
- To make sample registration, issuance of template, entry of analytical data in LIMS.
- Arrangement of control sample at their designated place and to maintain the control sample index and other necessary documents.
- Participation in investigation of events/OOS in Quality Control dept.
- To follow the safety precautions while sampling and testing of Raw materials in the laboratory.
- To take the precautions as per MSDS while handling the strong acids like Sulphuric acid, Nitric acid, Hydrochloric acid, poisonous and hazardous chemicals.
- Give support to the team leader during audits and at the time of other investigation.
- Arrange to send the Raw material samples to the approved laboratories for testing purpose.
- Work closely with the section head to ensure that the laboratory is maintained in an audit ready state.
- To report critical findings to section head and Quality Control Head on daily basis.
- Perform any other task allotted by Quality Control Head.
Qualification Required For Sun Pharma Careers:
B. Pharm
Experience: Tenure 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.
