Introduction of the Job
SCHOTT Poonawalla is seeking a dynamic Process Engineer who will manage material requisition, production documentation, clean-room operations, and operational efficiency. The Engineer Job role ensures compliance with regulatory standards while improving quality and productivity.
Job Details for Engineer Job Role:
- Location: Vapi, Gujarat
- Raise and receive material requisitions from stores
- Prepare daily reports, formats, BMRs
- Maintain online BMR entries and SOP formats
- Prepare SOPs for vial & cartridge processing areas and train line operators
- Improve line yield and reduce rejections
- Prepare customer samples and record entries in BMR/logbooks
- Complete SAP entries for line activities
- Ensure completed batch pallets move to ETO/non-sterile FG area
- Ensure line readiness for next batch
- Monitor daily machine output as per machine speeds
- Handle manpower and shifts is needed for Engineer Job
- Knowledge of raw & packing materials for sterile packing
- Knowledge of product sterilisation/ETO sterilisation
- Knowledge of clean room practices and gowning procedure
- Check and attach NVPC records with BMR and submit to QA next day
- Implement IMSU/EHS systems
