Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with FDD, ADD, packaging development, production, engineering, QC, QA, supply chain, BD and project management for timely execution of new projects.
  • Plan, monitor and support trial, exhibit, scale-up/characterization and process qualification batches.
  • Prepare and review new product documents: material requirement sheet, master formula card, BOM, risk assessments, scale-up protocols/reports, exhibit/trial BMRs and protocols/reports.
  • Provide regulatory responses and technical justifications; prepare launch documents (product history, characterization protocols/reports, BMRs, PQ protocols/reports).
  • Share process knowledge for smooth technology transfer; review product history and process parameters for remediation and robustness; prepare investigation/justification reports.
