Job Description
The Data Coordinator will be responsible for various tasks within clinical data management, including preparing and reviewing start-up documents such as eCRF completion guidelines, Data Management Plans, SAE reconciliation plans, and clinical coding plans. The role also involves preparing edit specification documents, test plans, and data entry guidelines, as well as managing discrepancies and queries, supporting the Data Manager in URS review for IWRS, and ensuring timely SAE reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review start-up documents (eCRF completion guidelines, Data Management Plan, SAE reconciliation plan, clinical coding plan).
- Prepare edit specification documents, test plans, and data entry guidelines.
- Screen design UAT and edit-check UAT in the CDMS.
- Manage discrepancies and queries.
- Support the Data Manager in URS review for IWRS.
- Ensure timely SAE reconciliation.
- Conduct closeout activities including database lock.
- Maintain the Master Data Management File and prepare data management reports.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pharmacy or Science graduate (postgraduate preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical data management.
- At least 5 years of experience in the Pharma/CRO industry, specifically in data management documents, validation plans, screen UAT, edit-check UAT, and query management.
