Job Description
Sun Pharma Laboratories Ltd is seeking qualified B.Pharma professionals with 1–3 years of experience for the position of Officer – Production. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling production equipment, maintaining GMP compliance, documentation, material management, SAP data entry, in-process checks, and ensuring smooth manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment such as granulation, capsule filling, compression, and coating machines.
- Ensure equipment, instruments, containers, and production areas are cleaned and operated according to SOPs and BMRs.
- Maintain accurate production records, logbooks, and batch manufacturing documents.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP requirements and proper labeling of equipment and materials.
- Minimize production losses and support smooth manufacturing operations.
- Conduct equipment trials after preventive maintenance activities.
- Monitor environmental conditions, calibration status, and production parameters.
- Handle material management activities and GMP-compliant rejection processes.
- Perform SAP data entry and maintain production-related records.
- Report equipment issues, maintain tools and spares, and perform in-process quality checks.
