Education and Experience:
- Postgraduate degree in Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences from a top-tier institute.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare domains.
Key Responsibilities as a Medical Writer:
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and other digital platforms.
- Create clear, concise written and oral communications for clients and internal teams.
- Clean and update client databases, learning platforms, and web-based applications.
- Provide input to project plan development and resource tracking.
- Ensure the team understands client requirements and relevant project information.
- Maintain high attention to detail in deliverables.
- Update work instructions as per the request management system.
- Manage own workload to meet agreed project milestones.
- Support team members in project execution.
- Communicate risks and propose resolution actions to Project Manager.
- Build and maintain rapport with client colleagues.
- Review all deliverables for accuracy and consistency before submission.
- Represent Syneos Health’s vision, mission, and core values in all communications.
