Job Description
This is a clinical operations / medical-management support role (TMF filing, eligibility review support, medical data review queries), not a specialist-physician vacancy.
Key Responsibilities
- TMF filing of study-specific medical documents.
- Assist Medical Management & Scientific Services with eligibility review and project management.
- Support medical review query management.
- Manage shared mailbox.
- Coordinate medical management project meetings.
- Upload eligibility-review documents into TrialEAS™ and related systems.
- Adhere to ICH/GCP and data privacy.
Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate in biological sciences or related natural sciences/healthcare discipline, nursing degree, or equivalent.
- Solid office/administrative experience.
- Previous 1–2 years clinical research experience (e.g. CTA or study coordinator) preferred but not mandatory.
Advantageous Skills
- Protocol/disease terminology and drug-development knowledge.
- Advanced MS Office.
- Strong written/verbal communication.
