Job Description

The specialist will provide administrative and operational support to clinical functions and project delivery teams, file essential documents in the Trial Master File (TMF) with correct classification and metadata and follow up on missing or rejected documents, maintain project records, trackers and controlled documentation including document lifecycle and translation activities, and support audit- and inspection-ready delivery in line with GCP/ICH and records-management requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to clinical functions and project delivery teams.
  • File essential documents in the Trial Master File (TMF) with correct classification and metadata.
  • Follow up on missing or rejected documents.
  • Maintain project records, trackers and controlled documentation, including document lifecycle and translation activities.
  • Support audit- and inspection-ready delivery in line with GCP/ICH and records-management requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 0.6-1 year of internship or relevant administrative, clinical operations support, systems or document management experience.

Required Skills

  • Awareness of GCP/ICH principles.
  • Good organisation and communication skills.
