Key Responsibilities
- Enter and track ICSRs in PVG quality and tracking systems.
- Triage and process ICSRs per SOPs and safety plans.
- Evaluate data completeness and reportability.
- Enter cases into the safety database.
- Code events, medical history, concomitant medications and tests.
- Write narrative summaries and follow up queries.
- Support expedited safety reporting.
- Maintain safety trackers, literature screening, MedDRA coding, drug dictionary maintenance, xEVMPD submissions and SPOR/IDMP activities.
- Manage duplicate ICSRs and perform quality review.
- File to TMF and PSMF.
- Follow ICH-GCP and GVP.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy or equivalent.
- 1+ year of clinical trial case processing experience (adverse event handling, safety data review, PV).
Required Skills
- Safety database and medical terminology knowledge.
