Syneos IMS GSS Specialist Job Description

The IMS GSS Specialist I works on the invoice form site. Team members enter data through trackers, manage cases, and perform overall data-entry tasks.

IMS GSS Specialist I Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewing invoices and validating information for accuracy
  • Updating records in internal systems
  • Ensuring all data is processed in accordance with established guidelines and SLAs
  • Handling case-related queries
  • Maintaining documentation
  • Tracking work queues
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any Graduate

Minimum Experience: 1–2 years in data entry, invoice processing, back-office operations, or a similar support role.
