Job Description: Syngene Careers
As part of Syngene Careers, this Research Associate Job involves supporting the compound management group in the Discovery Biology division. The selected candidate will operate automated or semi-automated compound management systems to support small molecule projects at Syngene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate automated and semi-automated compound management systems.
- Register, track, store, weigh, and prepare DMSO stock solutions and assay-ready plates (ARPs).
- Manage compound disbursal and shipping in collaboration with the logistics team.
- Maintain detailed inventory records and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for compound distribution.
- Complete assigned tasks to support project goals.
- Follow strict EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) protocols at all times.
Qualifications For Syngene Careers
- Education: M.Sc / B.Pharm / B.Tech
- Experience: 2–5 years in the pharmaceutical industry or a CRO.
- Preferred Experience: Compound management, assay biology, or DMPK.
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Laboratory research experience.
- Basic understanding of automation for assays.
Behavioral Skills:
- Excellent communication (verbal and written).
- Team collaboration and quality focus.
- Effective time management.
