Key Responsibilities
- Receive, track and maintain Case Report Forms (CRFs) and Data Clarification Forms (DCFs).
- Perform accurate and timely clinical data entry into designated data capture systems.
- Maintain records related to CRF and DCF receipt, processing, retrieval, and storage.
- Conduct routine data quality reviews to identify missing information, discrepancies, and data entry errors.
- Support query generation and resolution by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Process scanned CRFs in accordance with applicable eCTD requirements, including bookmarking, indexing, and Table of Contents creation.
- Prepare and maintain source CRF documents for BA/BE and Phase I studies.
- Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of clinical trial data.
