Job Description
The Pharmacovigilance Job at TCS Careers involves supporting global drug safety operations, adverse event processing, case management, medical review, and regulatory compliance. Selected candidates will work with global pharmaceutical clients to ensure patient safety and compliance with international pharmacovigilance standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Conducting safety assessments and evaluations of drug-related adverse events.
- Managing pharmacovigilance databases and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting.
- Preparing and reviewing safety reports for submission to health authorities.
- Providing medical expertise and guidance on safety issues.
- Participating in audits and inspections related to pharmacovigilance activities.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines.
- Supporting training and development of junior staff in pharmacovigilance practices.
Eligibility Criteria
- For Pharmacovigilance: 2-8 years of relevant experience.
- For Medical Reviewer: 2-6 years of relevant experience.
